Beanie Kids are to Australia what Beanie Babies are to the United States. They have been brought to the USA as Bean Bag Mates in limited quantity and selection for distribution. Each one has its birthday and Zodiac sign listed on the hang tag. Bean Bag Mates retail for $6.95.

SERIES ONE FEATURES:
7 Animal Pairs - Delightful Doves, Endearing Elephants, Gracious Giraffes, Learning Lions, Lovable Lambs, Precious Pandas and Rejoicing Rabbits. Product is available in either individual animal pairs or as a set. Complete sets should come with a colorful display ark. $19.95 or less per pair, $119.95 or per set. All animals are produced in colors similar to their natural appearance. All males are about 10% bigger. All females have a heart on their chest patch. (Males don't have a heart, but they're not heartless!) Each pair share a common name. Each animal's endearing name comes from one of the Old Testament scriptures. The name and scripture source is featured on the chest patch. The scripture is quoted on the hang tag.

First Generation - 5,000 each of all seven animal pairs. Hang tag is embossed with "5,000 1st Generation" on the back. Ê

Second Generation - 20,000 each of all seven animal pairs.

SPARTAN (10,000 scheduled, only 1,200 produced due to factory problems)- has been crafted in memory of the men and women of the Space Shuttle Challenger. We chose the name, "Spartan", not only because of the satellite which the Challenger crew was transporting, but because the name also originates from a legendary group in Greek history. They believed that the country came before the individual and that losing his or her life on the battlefield, for his or her country, was one of the most honorable means of passing on.   Spartan's message is to honor these astronauts by proudly wearing their names.

CURRIE (10,000 produced)- has been crafted in commemoration to the years of service that the American Cancer Society has contributed in their struggle against cancer. Furthermore, "Currie" stands as a symbol for the courageous men and women, who have declared their own stand in surviving this illness, and to the family and friends that have stood with them. Currie's message is "FIND A CURE."

O"KAYCEY (10,000 produced) - has been crafted in commemoration to the men and women who struggled through and survived the Oklahoma City Bombing. Our hope is that this bear will become a beacon of courage for anyone who experiences violence in their lives. O'KaCey's message is "STOP THE VIOLENCE."

MISTY (5,000 scheduled, only 1,200 produced due to factory problems)-  represents the struggle to find America's missing children, as she recognizes those who have been and will be found. Misty's message is "FIND OUR CHILDREN."
